General Manager Group Corporate Affairs
Ms. Sharon Dias holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi, and brings over 30 years of professional experience. She began her tenure with PARCO in 1994 within the Human Resources department and has since advanced through various roles within the company. Ms. Dias has played a pivotal role in leading the HR Transformation process at PARCO.
Currently, she oversees the Group Corporate Affairs division, encompassing Corporate Communication, Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Healthcare Services, both for PARCO and its affiliated entities, including PAPCO and PPGL. Additionally, Ms. Dias serves as an elected Director at the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan.
