Syeda Ameer Batool holds a LLM (Master of Law) degree from University of New Hampshire, USA. She has over 20 years of diversified experience in the field of Law with Companies based in USA and Middle East as well as over five years of experience as an adjunct Law professor in subjects of Commercial Law, International Law, English Constitution and Intellectual Property Law.
She joined PARCO in 2015 and working as full time Board Secretary for respective Boards of Directors of PARCO as well as its Subsidiary Companies PAPCO and PPGL. She is looking after all legal matters related to PARCO, its Subsidiaries and major ongoing Projects including PARCO Coastal Refinery (PCRL). She carries years of rich experience working with international Law Firms and Companies where she developed her legal skills to understand the competitive nature of today’s global business challenges.
