PARCO wins Best CEO and Employer of the Year Award 2022
Employers Federation of Pakistan (EFP) hosted its consecutive 9th Employer of the Year Award to acknowledge and recognize the best practices of the corporate sector. PARCO was honored with a First Prize in the category of Large National Companies and Best CEO Award at a prestigious ceremony held on October 27th, 2022 in Karachi.
PARCO was awarded for its exceptional performance and responsible business practices in areas of Human Resource Management, Skill Development, Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Laws Compliance, Corporate Social Responsibilities, Inclusivity, Women Empowerment, and Sustainable Development Goals. The EFP has been organizing these awards since 2013 to recognize enterprises for their contribution towards employment and organizational policies. Employers’ Federation of Pakistan is the only body of employers in Pakistan that is a member of the International Organization of Employers (IOE), Confederation of Asia-Pacific Employers (CAPE), and South Asian Forum of Employers (SAFE).
Mr. Shahid Mahmood Khan, Managing Director-PARCO received the Best CEO award from Mr. Sajid Hussain Turi, Federal Minister of Overseas Pakistani and Human Resource Department. Mr. Zeshan Taj Khan, Chief Human Resource Officer at PARCO received the Employer of the Year Award.
