We are pleased to inform that on July 1, 2015 Total PARCO Pakistan Limited (TPPL) has completed the transaction of acquiring Chevron Pakistan Limited (CPL), which has been renamed as Total PARCO Marketing Limited (TPML). Further, PARCO has increased its shareholding in TPPL from 40% to 50% and has acquired 50% shares of Total Oil Pakistan Limited (TOPL), the Lubricants blending and marketing.
The combined entity, after merger of TPML and TOPL into TPPL, will have a network size of 765 retail outlets, plus a lubricant blending and marketing business, making it the 3rd Largest Oil Marketing Company in Pakistan.
This historic and successful transaction marks another achievement for PARCO in its diversification and growth strategy.
