For the fourth time in a row, PARCO has won the Best CEO Award given by the Employers’ Federation of Pakistan and has also won the Best Company Award in the category of Large National Companies. The awards were announced on August 2, 2016 in an august ceremony held in a hotel and attended by a large number of representatives of business forums, government officials and executives of the participating companies.
For the Employer of the Year Award 2015, the EFP modified the award offerings by reducing the number of awards from three to two. Previously they were offering Best CEO Award, Prizes in Human Resource and Prizes in Workplace Safety / Environment. This year, they offered Best CEO Award and Best Organization Award which was decided on the basis of organization’s activities and achievements in five areas namely HR Management & Employment Practices, Industrial Relations Practices, Health, Safety and Working Environment, Corporate Social Responsibility and Vocational Training Initiatives.
PARCO had been winning all three awards every year and this year again it has won both the under-mentioned awards.

The Best CEO Award was received by Managing Director PARCO, Mr. Tariq Rizavi and the Best Organization Award was received by Mr. Shahid Mahmood Khan, Deputy managing Director – Finance & Corporate Affairs.
